WebGym UK

Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Current scope

The WebGym UK website is currently an informational and early-access site. It lets you learn about WebGym, contact us and request early access. Account registration, sign-in, the management platform, member app and WebDesk are not currently offered through this UK site. If these services become available, separate terms will be provided before use.

1. Provider and contact

The site is operated by JHONY MENDONÇA - CONSULTORIA LDA, trading as WebGym, VAT PT518109739, Rua Professor Mota Leite, n.º 15, 1.º 14, 4700-752 Palmeira, Braga, Portugal. Contact us at support@webgym.uk.

2. Contact and early-access requests

Submitting a form tells us that you are interested and allows us to respond. It does not create an account, guarantee access or create a contract to use a paid service or the WebGym platform. Any future access will be subject to a separate offer and terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, introduce malicious code or misuse its forms. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect or maintain the site.

4. Intellectual property

WebGym’s names, marks, design, text and other original materials are protected by applicable law. You may view the site and share links for lawful purposes, but may not copy or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where the law allows.

5. Availability and liability

The site is provided for information and may change or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we use information and essential storage, analytics and advertising technologies. Analytics and advertising remain off until you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to UK consumers and the jurisdiction of courts competent under applicable law.
